After catching an alien gender-flu and that going rather poorly with his family, Zachary decides to move in with his friend in the big city. Only, when he arrives with expected awkward tension from his now being sort of woman... he instead discovers his friend Danny is a trans woman.

Now Zachary finds himself meeting both trans men and women and must figure out where he fits in.
